Phase 1: Technical Foundation & Ecosystem Initiation (2025–2026)

Full-Chain Protocol & Infrastructure Enhancement
AKAS will focus on deploying its core full-chain ecosystem protocol. By optimizing cross-chain operability, it will enable seamless asset and data flows with Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, and other major chains. The smart contract platform based on Substrate will support EVM compatibility, attracting DeFi developers and fostering a native DApp ecosystem.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Alliances
Building on the Olympus DAO 4.0 model, AKAS will collaborate with AI teams to launch decentralized lending and derivatives protocols driven by intelligent risk control, promoting deep integration of DeFi and AI.
Token Economy & Global Launch
The COC (Co-Creation) initiative will be launched to recruit Genesis Nodes worldwide. Tokens will be fairly launched and Genesis liquidity locked, ensuring no privileged interference. The token will serve as a medium of consensus to power community building, incentive mechanisms, and ecosystem governance.

DeFi 4.0 + On-Chain AI Capabilities
A decentralized stablecoin protocol with dynamic interest rates will be introduced alongside an on-chain AI platform. This will support innovative applications like prediction markets and smart asset management, accelerating the intelligence of DeFi.
Commercialization of Full-Chain Asset Protocol
Using the CMq protocol, AKAS will enable multi-chain asset staking and liquidity aggregation (e.g., BTC, ETH, DAI), offering one-click cross-chain DeFi services. Users can access ecosystems like Polkadot directly via the AKAS network.
Enterprise Blockchain Services (BaaS)
Modular Web3 solutions will be offered, covering areas like supply chain finance and digital identity. These services aim to lower the entry barriers for traditional enterprises and support digital transformation across industries.

Comprehensive DAO Governance Implementation
Ecosystem autonomy will be realized, with community members participating in protocol evolution through token staking and proposal voting. A tri-party governance system—developers, nodes, and users—will be established.
Integration of AKAS Digital Assets with the Physical World
Exploring blockchain + IoT use cases such as smart cities, green energy, and healthcare. The scalable AKAS protocol will also support decentralized virtual economies for future metaverse projects.
Global Compliance Strategy
Collaborating with regulators in key jurisdictions (e.g., EU, Singapore) to secure licenses and launch MiCA-compliant financial products. Chain-based KYC/AML modules will balance privacy and compliance.

Full-Chain Value Interaction & Operational Network
Serving as a bridge between Web2 and Web3, AKAS will support seamless migration of traditional applications to the blockchain. API gateway services will allow enterprises to tokenize and integrate existing databases into the AKAS network.
AKAS Decentralized Economic System
Building a full-chain economy across social, gaming, finance, and supply chain sectors. Users will freely migrate assets and identities between DApps, forming a closed-loop token economy that drives "on-chain GDP" growth.
